You could probably use an app you developed or that you can run using a developer license, which will start the SSH on a port you want (pretending to test it). It would be helpful if CyberDuck supported the Prox圜ommand ssh config option, or at least would explain their position on the matter, in any case (I.e. SSH server won't start without jailbreaking it. redundant ssh encryption of the I/O streams).
